Meetings are held in three locations every month, one on the coast and two inland. They are informal gatherings, aimed to provide the opportunity to talk and discuss. Everyone is welcome, whether you have a diabetes condition already or you feel that you, or someone you know, may be at risk and you wish to find out more about diabetes

We cover many related topics to do with a health and wellness lifestyle, such as nutrition, and have guest speakers at every meeting to talk on different topics

No charge is made for the meetings but we would require you to register with the group, paying just 15 euros for a yearly membership.
