Martin Rhead was a founder member and first President of the Mijas La Cala Lions formed in January 1998. He left behind a strong and vibrant club that raises many thousands of euros each year for charity. As a diabetic himself he helped Anne and Frank Bowles to form the La Cala Lions Diabetic Support Group over 7 years ago.
